Your satisfaction is our priority, therefore we guarantee to refund any item purchased on that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a still saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

  1. We are responsible for item damage before you receive it. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt by sending us a photo of the damaged item.
  2. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and let us know the reason why.
  3. As long as your item is still in brand new condition, we will be happy to refund your money, or you may ask to change your item with another one.
  4. We will need to receive and inspect your return before a refund or exchange will be given. The return shipping fee will be paid by Buyer.  We do not refund shipping charges.
  5. On items that were purchased with free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund amount.
  6. To speed up the refund process, please include your order number with your return.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
